RunnerBot Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the RunnerBot platform, including our website, web application, Telegram bot, Discord integrations, and any related services (collectively, the “Service,” “Platform,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). The Service is owned and operated by 1Crypto Corporation.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Service in any manner, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, which constitute a legally binding agreement between you and 1Crypto Corporation.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Service.

2. European Union Disclaimer

The Service is provided strictly for informational and discovery purposes.
We do not offer products or services to individuals located in the European Union and do not enter into consumer contracts governed by EU consumer protection laws.

3. Service Description

RunnerBot is a cryptocurrency market analysis and discovery platform that may be accessed through multiple interfaces, including:

Web Application

• Account management and subscription controls

• Real-time token feeds and filtering tools

• Performance analytics and historical data

Telegram Bot

• Automated token alerts and notifications

• Requires a valid Telegram account and authorization

Discord Integration

• Community access and automated alerts for premium subscribers

• Requires an active Discord account and server access

Analytical Features

• Automated identification of digital assets using algorithms and machine learning

• Performance tracking, including price movement statistics, win/loss ratios, median and average price metrics

4. Multi-Platform Access

Use of RunnerBot may involve third-party platforms, each governed by their own terms:

Telegram

• Requires a valid Telegram account

• Message delivery may be delayed due to platform or API limitations

• We are not responsible for Telegram outages or restrictions

Discord

• Available to premium subscribers only

• Access may be revoked upon subscription lapse or community violations

• Moderation applies to all content and interactions

Web Application

• Primary platform for account setup, subscriptions, and integrations

• Required to enable Telegram and Discord features

By using RunnerBot, you agree to comply with all applicable third-party platform terms.

5. Third-Party Dependencies

RunnerBot relies on third-party services including, but not limited to:

• Telegram

• Discord

• Blockchain networks (e.g., Solana)

• External data providers and APIs

We do not control these platforms and are not responsible for outages, policy changes, data inaccuracies, or access restrictions caused by third parties.

6. User-Generated Token Content

Token names, symbols, descriptions, and related content are created by third-party token creators, not RunnerBot.

You acknowledge that:

• We do not control or endorse token content

• Content may be offensive, inappropriate, misleading, or objectionable

• We disclaim all liability for such content

• You assume all risk when viewing or relying on token information

We reserve the right—but have no obligation—to remove or filter content at our discretion.

7. No Investment Advice

RunnerBot does not provide investment, financial, or trading advice.

You agree that:

• All decisions are made at your own discretion and risk

• Tools, alerts, and metrics are not guarantees of performance

• Alerts are not trading signals

10. Performance Metrics Disclaimer

RunnerBot may display metrics such as “Win Rate,” “Wins,” “Losses,” “Average X,” and “Median X” (“Performance Metrics”).

Key acknowledgments:

• Metrics are calculated using internal methodologies

• A “Win” reflects price movement, not realized profit

• Metrics do not account for liquidity, slippage, execution timing, or user behavior

• Metrics are not verified by third parties

• Definitions and formulas may change at any time

You assume all risk when relying on Performance Metrics.

11. Payments & No-Refund Policy

ABSOLUTE NO REFUNDS

All payments are final, non-refundable, and non-transferable under all circumstances.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Dissatisfaction with features or platforms

• Unused subscription time

• Technical issues or downtime

• Third-party outages

• Account termination or suspension

• Regulatory changes

• Market losses

• Force majeure events

Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.

Chargeback Waiver

You agree not to initiate chargebacks. Any attempt will be contested, and you agree to reimburse all associated costs.

12. Marketing Communications

By creating an account, you consent to receive:

• Product updates

• Promotional offers

• Educational content

• Service announcements

You may unsubscribe from marketing messages, but transactional communications will continue.

13. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Maintain account security

• Not share premium access

14. Service Availability & Discontinuation

If the Service is discontinued:

• All subscriptions terminate immediately

• No refunds or compensation will be provided

• You waive all related claims

All content, systems, algorithms, and branding are the exclusive property of 1Crypto Corporation and protected by applicable laws.

16. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access at any time, for any reason, without refund or liability.

You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period.

17. Governing Law & Arbitration

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware.

All disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration, and you waive the right to participate in class actions.
